HCMC Day4

Today is the last day at HCMC. Nothing on our list for anything to be done.

Apparently, it has been a big holiday season in Vietnam. Last Thursday was a holiday. Yesterday was its National Day, and today is Labour Day.
The hotel owner, who is a Singaporean, was at the hotel checking things. He told us of the long holiday season. No wonder there was celebration nearby yesterday night.
Also, today's breakfast was a little special as it moved from its restaurant to it's 12th Floor, and having a buffet.

So after breakfast, we just headed towards Ben Thanh area again. Karinna had wanted to buy some T-Shirts back, but in the end, empty-handed.

At least she met her ex-tuitionee's parents, talked a little, and probably she will email to check how her little student is doing. It's a small world sometimes, meeting familiar faces elsewhere and out of Singapore.

We went back hotel about 11+, took showers, and had to check out by 12noon, else there will be additional half-day charges. So being the nice guests, we do as we were told, and put our luggages under the hotel care and went out for a short walk.

Rather, we went for coffee, and then went for a quick lunch. We weren't hungry, so just had very little food during lunch time.

Then it's time to head to the airport, and bade our last farewell to the city area.
