Yesterday, it was Mother's Day, second Sunday of May.
My mom had been gone for about 5-6 years now, but there are 2 mothers at my household.
My wife and my helper.
Zyan did some kind of google app to give his mother a link to show his appreciation.
Oh well, that was all.
We ordered some food from this place last week, and arranged for delivery yesterday evening. I could only arranged a 6-7pm delivery, which was good enough. Had wanted 5-6pm delivery.
Well, the food came pretty much on time. Just after 6pm, the food arrived.
So we set it up on the table.
And for circuit breaker sake and fun, Karinna and 2 of her good friends arranged a 'zoom dinner'.
So there was special setup with laptop for mic/speaker on the table, for communication purpose.
Virtual dinner with friends, and both having real dinner. LOL.
And we had a bottle of moscato from Naked Grape. Very nice.
Then it was waiting for people to come online, and we each have our dinner at our own home, and enjoying company of friends.
The food was pretty good too. The fried rice is not bad, and the main dish crab (we chose pepper crab) is delicious too.
Quite an interesting experience.
But nothing beats meeting face-to-face for such gathering.
Till next time ... ...

Aftermath II
It’s been a few weeks since the gathering of my Seconday School
classmates.
At that time, close to 20 were ‘found’, and about 16 turned up.
Not too bad.
Even though the small gathering was done, some effort was still done to search for the missing people. LOL
Just these already 10 more added! How cool!
Some are easy to find, some are hard.
I found Kok Whee during one of the nights while taking time off from work to browse.
Have to search through a list of FB people with about the same name.
His picture is not his face, making it harder to find. No good description of where he used to study etc. Have to peek into each person’s timeline and photos, and voila!
Some familiar face of that name.
By the time found him, he just left Singapore back to his workplace in China. Hahaha
Then there is this Kok Hwee. Yeah. Similar name as above, but different person. Same same but different.
This guy no FB. Very limited info in Linkedin.
We know he is dentist, and through some grapevine, he is supposed to be in UK.
OK. So I also kaypoh go search a bit.
Found a person in UK doing dentistry. Likely to be him. Not sure right, so many people with the same name as him.
Only good thing is, in the dentistry list from NUS, there is only name that match exactly that graduated in 1995. But that’s only in the NUS list. Nothing more.
So managed to find some link where this dentist is working in UK. Wow. Solid eh?
So 1 day, I called the clinic to ask for him.
He was busy, so the receptionist helped to leave him a message.
Cannot tell the receptionist I am Simon Tay, coz my friend Kok Hwee will not know who that is.
Pronounce to the ang mo receptionist also susah, sure cannot understand me 1.
True enough. So have to spell out 1 by 1. I think in the end, she still got problem relaying the message to Kok Hwee.
One good thing though, she took down my email address correctly.
Which is what my friend did. He sent me an email greeting from UK, saying he cannot know from the receptionist who was looking for him.
So from there, slowly got his mobile, and turned him in to the person in charge of the whatsapp
For each new person that got added into the group, usually he/she will be the star of the day.
People will re-introduce themselves after the hellos.
Some will talk more, some will talk less. Normal.
Well, there are still a couple of people not found. About 8-10 I guess.
Can we find all? Hmmmm.
I never know. Never say never … …

30 Years
It’s been some time.
Started small really, and was suggested to keep it small at first. Fine with me. I very chin chai 1.
Since I have a few other contacts, I asked if they ok to join the group. Generally no objection really.
Slowly, Ahmad joined. Geok Hong, Kian Yong, Chee Siong, Penny, Chin Kok, Kheng Siang, Chen Hian, Rafi, Geok Yan, Yi Fang, Siew Meng, Voon Fah, Joseph, and … … …
Some bickering still happens between friends. Some showing of concerns surfaced within the chat. Some awkwardness can happen between strange friends.
Some people become quieter, some become a little noisier. Afterall, they are all in their own 2016 version of ownself, as they aptly put it.
Whatever it is, still the same old classmates from 30 years ago.
Then we sat down and chat, and waited for others to arrive.
So if I do offend any one of them, please accept my sincere apologies. With you guys, from the growing up days, I have no reservations to prank around with you. :P
Thank you for sharing my school years, and sharing the great session yesterday.
Till the next time we meet again.
It’s time to pen down some memories.
It was 20 Aug, and I was added into a whatsapp group “老同学1986”.
Ohhhh. So exciting. It’s another round of reminiscing time
with old friends.
This time, it is my own class. Temasek Secondary School
Class 4/3.
Two years ago, I had one wit Class 4/2. I was a constant
gatecrasher to that class’ activities. So sometimes they also think I was from
their Class.
It was a fun experience, as it would have been for most
people.
At that time, I did pen down my encounter of that day
Anyway, back to the whatsapp group, I could recognise all
names, as they are all in my contact list or Facebook friends somehow or
another.
Sook Fun, Wei Lee, Siang Chuan, and Mun Kitt.
They suggested to have a gathering for the class. I asked if
it is meant for small group, and an effort to get more of the rest of the
people as well.Started small really, and was suggested to keep it small at first. Fine with me. I very chin chai 1.
Since I have a few other contacts, I asked if they ok to join the group. Generally no objection really.
Slowly, Ahmad joined. Geok Hong, Kian Yong, Chee Siong, Penny, Chin Kok, Kheng Siang, Chen Hian, Rafi, Geok Yan, Yi Fang, Siew Meng, Voon Fah, Joseph, and … … …
It was suggested to go some restaurant etc etc, but in the end settled to meet up at Penny’s place. And in actually, she suggested very much early as an option. How nice of her!
Date: 16 Sept 2016
Well, it’s not everybody contacted, but not so bad for less
than 1 month’s work though.
I am sure more could be uncovered in future.
So the day was yesterday.
I was there just before 7pm or so. Was tasked to get the
satay from chomp chomp.
SF/WL/SC were the first to be there. I knew they would go
there early anyway. Went to get the satay with SF, by the time got back, CS was
already there. Haven’t seen him for 28 years. Then we sat down and chat, and waited for others to arrive.
Lots of food. Food of love prepared and ordered by the host
Penny, and the 3 ladies.
The rest like me, just came and eat. So simple, no need Visa
paywave! Cha cha cha!
The place got noisier and noisier, like the wet market.
Each shared what they had been up to for the past many
years. There’s always funny moments, some can be serious, some can be a little
heart-wrenching. All these little things, will add to great memories for the
many more years to come.
I don’t want to talk to Mun Kitt about politics. Cannot
stop.
I don’t want to talk to Joseph about PSLE. So easy.
I don’t want to talk to Voon Fah about maths. 15-6=11.
Jialat
Whatever we said, many were just in jest, like the old days.So if I do offend any one of them, please accept my sincere apologies. With you guys, from the growing up days, I have no reservations to prank around with you. :P
Amidst of session, there was a cake prepared by the ladies.
How nice.
And it’s just 2 days away from our favourite monitor See Tho’s
birthday, so we sang him the song.
He also a bit pai seh ok. Hehehe. This See Tho had been my
monitor for many years. We had been in same class for all 4 years of Sec and 2
years of JC. Class pillar. :P
See the ladies' man. The only one that got to have a picture taken with all the girls.
All good times must come to an end. Perhaps, hopefully an
adjournment. For a few of them (they know who they are lah, my GFs), I know I
will see them more often than the rest. As for the others, we would like to
believe we will gather again in future, and not 30 years later. And for those
who cannot make it, or the one who remembered the date wrongly, we shall meet
again next time.
Those that haven’t appeared, may you pop out of nowhere
somehow. Heh heh heh.
Thank you for sharing my school years, and sharing the great session yesterday.
Till the next time we meet again.

The Aftermath
The D-Day had arrived. 29 Jan 2014.Actions started at about 5pm+, where Siew Mei and Derek were frontiers to visit a stranger friend aquainted recently.
Not sharing that acquaintance story here.
It's basically just having dinner with this lady Alice, who is wheelchair bound, and doesn't have anybody visit her most of the time.
Food was mostly prepared by Angie, pretty good.
Hope Alice was not overwhelmed by our noises in her home. LOL
Just a picture here to see, as the official photographer kept having problems with his camera, at least initially. :)
At 7.45pm, I think first person arrived at Wawawa. Chee Kong was probably the first one.
Then we made our way to Wawawa from Chai Chee.
3 cars were parked around the same place.
Siew Mei drove off. Abraham followed, and then Derek.
The first car took a left turn, then go straight with whatever the road leads to.
Second car followed. And so did Derek.
Alamak! Hit end of car park!
3 jokers have to go-stan and go back the other way!
That was funny. Hehehe.
And the best is, one of the drivers used to live in that vicinity! Shall refrain from namings. :)
So at Wawawa, people slowly started rolling in.
Sounds of "Who is this?", "Ho seh bo!?!", "Do you remember? ... ...", "You still look the same!" keeps rattling up when someone 'new' appear.
These are the 'new' old friends.
I think Wawawa might have regreted our reservations. Too much noise.
Looking at a group of 40+s, standing too long also cannot take it, squat a bit also tak boleh tahan, and mostly (not all) have grown horizontal in many ways, are simply divine to watch and listen to with the various conversations running left right centre.
The secret organisers (Deric / Cheng San / Boon Huat) also very sweetly prepared a present to the Champion of the gathering Siew Mei. I didn't see clearly what it is, but I think it is a mug, with the photo of the class taken back then.
Very nice of these people yeah?
When Siow Lin came, she brought a cake in. It's Siew Mei's birthday in another few days, so intention was to celebrate with her in advance.
How wonderful after so many years right?
And Siew Mei wished for all to gather each and every year on 4 Feb (as part of their class 4/2) from this year onwards!
Wow. May her wish come true, each and every year.
The "Hi"s had left, the "Bye"s had come.
It's still a joyous occasion for meeting each and everyone of them.
I may not have listed each and every single name here in this entry, 'cause if I were to do that, I will probably take a few days to complete writing this.
I can be quite lor-soh at times.
Sorry for that.
I had been listening to a song lately. It's a song about beginning new adventure, akin to when you leave school for next advance learning or work.
Just find it is aptly to share with the people who were part of this gathering, and managed to read this somehow.
It was originally sung by 水木年华,which I like it a lot.
I prefer to listen to a 模仿 effort by this guy called 张议天, below video.
Till the next time

The Gathering
It's been almost a month since the "project" kicked off by Siew Mei to gather the friends from Temasek Seconday 4/2 class 0f 1986.
As it turned out, I think about 35 of the people were found. Probably about 80%.
Quite amazing right?
During the course of searching, some people were really found miraculously!
Like Rizal, somehow bumped into Kian Lam, and then got added into the chat group with the avalanche of messages pouring onto him.
Jacelyn, searched high and low, and even wondering how to spell her name correctly. Again, the master sleuth Mr Koh Kian Lam, dug high and low and found one that appears to be. Anyway, just send email and ask lah. Bingo!
Looking for food at hawker centre, Ai Ling said she saw some familiar face and asked her if she is Chiew Eng. So funny.
And there, another lost soul found.
And the messages, while may be fun to read, can be irritating if never set mute on the group.
The first 2-3 weeks were crazy. The guys were talking about anything. ANYTHING.
From banterings to words of wisdom, to pills and movies, children and schools. Whatever.
Some cannot take it, due to whatsapp fatigue, left the group. :P
Not many though.
Now, the messages are not flying around fast and furious, only for occasional highs. Most of them are still in the group to experience some Cloud9 situations. LOL. And sometimes, knives.
So the countdown has started.
4 more days to go.
Date: 29 Jan 2014.
Place: Wawawa
Time: They know themselves.
Many thanks for Derek and Cheng San for working on the logistic coordination to make it happen.
Ultimate thanks for Siew Mei, the champion of the gathering.
See you guys!

Old Friends
Last Saturday, 28 Dec 2013, I received a WhatsApp message, and was put into a group chat.
Group name was "Temasek '86".
Wow! My Secondary School friends.
Then in the group, I see familiar names.
Ah Kok, Ah Lew, Siew Mei, Anggeh, Chee Kiong, and some other unfamiliar phone numbers and blahblahblah.
Apparently, the 带头大姐 is none other than the class monitress itself. She had created the group on the previous day, and started trying to link up all her classmates for a gathering.
Cool isn't it.
Only thing is, I was not from that class. These people were in Class 4/2, while I was in Class 4/3.
However, I was like the 插班生 that keeps 插-ing into their class' activities.
The thing is, she wanted to gather all the people by 31 Dec 2013.
Alamak! Although nowadays technology very advanced, but to find all the people within 4-5 days, it is still a very tall feat. It was like some 26 years ago since some of them were last met.
Anyway, being a kay-poh person, I tried to give some contacts which I still have with me to her. That was the least that I can do.
Actually, I think the result has been pretty good.
About half of the 44 students in class were found and linked up.
I think this is the power of internet at play as well, although some of us are still in contact once in a while.
The brotherhood and sisterhood will always be there.
They want to have a gathering around CNY period.
Which is good, as I know there are 2 idiots come back to Singapore around that time.
One from Abu Dhabi and another from US. Hahahaha.
How would it turn out?
Hmmmm. Shall see.
Cheers!
Kow!

Bangkok
I am in Bangkok right now. Here for some problem resolution for a client with one of our partners.
Staying at this place called Swiss Lodge, which is within the centre of Bangkok City.
We reached here around 5+pm, checked in and took some pictures of the room.

Well, the room is pretty nice, seems cosy enough, and has free wireless internet for use. Brilliant!
Then I called up my friend Wey Chuan, who has been posted to work in Bangkok few months back.
It's been more than 10 years since I last met him, and it is the wonders of internet, and more specifically, facebook, that I linked up with him again.
I took the train (called BTS here) from Sala Daeng to Chidlom. Took me a while to orientate myself with the train system.
We went for dinner, and it's on him. Free dinner! I like. hehehe.
The place is like Marche, take a ticket, then scan the ticket after ordering your food, and enjoy your dinner.
Rightfully cannot take picture there, but I snapped my dessert photo. :D
Brownie with Rum & Raisin ice cream.

Actually, during the check-in at hotel, my nose started to play a bit. It ran for a bit. During dinner, seems like the nose keeps salivating. Not severe, but enough to irritate me.
So we had a pretty short time catching up, and decided to go back.
Anyway, he had some big bulky purchase done, so it won't be convenient to move around as well.
But it's good to meet up with old friends, and what's more, in a foreign land!
At the train station, we got someone to take a picture for us. Somehow, the lady doesn't understand when we tried to tell her to take 'half-body' picture.
So here's the result:

When I reached back Sala Daeng, I took a picture of the night lights around there. Just for the fun of it.

Of course, with my little intelligence, I am able to find my way back to my hotel pretty fast.
Went to 7-Eleven to buy some drinks and tidbits, and some food for tomorrow lunch, just in case ... ...

Annual Mahjong
Yesterday came home pretty late. Reached home around 1.30am
Went to Francis' home. He so-called invited us to his home. Actually, every CNY he also does the same thing, that is, inviting friends to his home for a quick gathering.
As years go by, the number of people who turn up gets reduced. This time, the faces that I saw yesterday, are largely the same as last year.
Get to see a few more old friends this time, and some that appeared last year, did not appear this time round.
Anyway, Chee Kiong, You Kok, Henry, Brian and Nicolas were the other people dropped by yesterday.
At least, it is still good to catch up with old friends once in a while.
Just for my own recording purpose, Nicholas was not from our batch. He was YouKok's student when the latter was doing teaching in either JSTI or Polytechnic. He is now a close friend to him, and he was there last year as well to play mahjong.
And so, we started playing mahjong. In the end, I lost about $50. Everytime I play, I lose. heh heh heh. Damn heng or wat?
From left, Francis, Nicholas, Brian, Henry, You Kok, caught playing mahjong in public area:

Went to East Coast Parkway today around 4pm. Weather was good, no very bright sun, a little cooling actually. Sun only came out brightly for a short while.
Had a small gathering again, meeting a few aunties. This time, another uncle came along. I was betting that he wouldn't appear though, but he did. hehehe
As usual, the kids went to play at the beach, and the oldies just sit at the bench and talk.
I was the first to be there, only managed to get a small bench, but they all complained got ants running around. It's only after some time that another location was vacated, then we moved to the bigger and better location.
To the people who are not early, don't complain! :P
After the kids finished the beach play, they wanted to play balloons, and asked me to blow. I blew like mad, but the balloon just cannot inflate! @!#$@#$%#%^#@@!$&
hehehe
Left the place around 7+, drove WeiLee home then head back home.
It's a pretty long day.

Triaton
Today had lunch at Outram Park Bak Kut Teh near my old office at PSA there.
My ex-boss, Josef, came from Germany for holiday here, so my ex-colleagues arranged a lunch session with him, and then I was there!
Josef is still pretty much the same. Looks happy, must be his holiday mood.
He likes Asia, but after HP bought over our ex-company Triaton, guess his better option would be to go back Germany to work.
As expected, it would be just the few of us there. Winston, PuiKwan, Adrian and Joshua turned up for the lunch. Other than PuiKwan, there other 3 I still get to meet them here and there.
Afterall, my current company Hypercube works quite closely with HP on some of the projects that we do.
As usual, just some catching up with Josef and the rest. I think we were there almost 2 hours before going off.
Since he still has a home in KL, he is sure bound to come back Asia for holiday almost every 1 year or 2.
Other than PuiKwan and me, the rest are still with HP.
PuiKwan lost weight. Looks skinny already, like not enough food like that.
At the end of the lunch, and bidding all farewell, I remembered I forgot to take pictures.
It'll be another year or so before we'll meet Josef here again.

They were 'talking' in the email, and I was not responding for some time, and then I just replied a message, and someone said: "oh u still around... thot our topics too boring for u".
Then my reply below:
=== BEGIN ===
of course me around...i was just lazy
uhhh...i mean busy

you may find that i am crappy
wat's more impt is that my words make u happy
i think i am simply crazy
to make myself feel a teeny weeny bit of clowny
the sky today is indeed cloudy
it makes my day feel a little gloomy
it's just the work that make us moody
go tell the boss he's such a bloody
still...i have to earn some money
better go and tell him sorry
so dun be worry, just be happy ...
*giggle*
=== END ===
I thought quite cool. That's me. C@@L

Birthday Boy. Hmmm. Old Boy.
Today, I was at one of our customers' site with my other colleagues. I was talking to another colleague over Yahoo Messenger, and she suggested to meet up for dinner with some of the company staff.
Actually, she wanted to give a surprise birthday 'celebration' for Herman, one of the bosses. His birthday happened to be 2 days ago, 01 June.
So the plan was, she would 'need' his help for some of the problem faced at work, and they'll meet up somewhere in Plaza Singapura. Meanwhile, 2 of my other colleagues would have been there to book for some seats at some restaurant.
From my end, I have 4 other colleagues at the project site, and we'll join them at the restaurant.
I had earlier told the 4 colleagues not to hint to Herman of our appearances at Plaza Singapura.
Anyway, we went there after Herman left. We reached there after him obviously, so we are not able to see his 'surprised' face, if any. :D
Dinner was ok. We ate at Pizza Hut.
Then we had a birthday cake, and that Herman shy to have people sing birthday song to him, and keep telling us not to sing song. In the end, the restaurant itself play birthday song, so, none of our business.
Since it's a working day, after the dinner, basically left for home. I then went to pick Karinna home. She was meeting friend for dinner as well.
So here's some photo of the Teddy-bear boss of Hypercube:

East Coast
Today has been a pretty long day.
Morning around 10+, went over to Pauline/Eugene home, basically to give them a new computer that was put under my table for about 1 month plus.
So I let Eugene do the 'opening ceremony' for dismantling the box, and replace their current computer, which was also from me actually. hmmm
Everything is done by him, I just sit around to make sure the system is ok, internet is working, and anti-virus updated.
The rest up to them to torture the new computer again, hopefully don't need free services from me. :)
Thereafter, brought them to IKEA at Tampines for lunch. Now I feel broke.
Also jump over to Giant to buy some things for tomorrow's BBQ. More tidbits than anything else, because most of the things are more or less dispatched to others to get them ready.
Came back home to get some bags for Pauline. Going don't know what trip, need a big backpack. Oh well, didn't really take the backpack from me. Too small?
Also gave Eugene a haversack, which is one of my laptop bags. Too many already.
Shortly after, went over to pick Karinna and then we flew to East Coast.
The teenagers said want to cycle or rollerblade. So ok, anyway, I am meeting my girlfriendSSSS at east coast, no harm getting them along, and it's school holidays!
This dumb Eugene, said wanna blade, but also said scared fall down and malu.
KA NA SAI.
Anyway, they still bladed, and got some bruises here and there. Maybe fall until backside opened flowers.
So they bladed, and we chatted. Some bought food, some cooked food. Must say the beehoon from GeokYan was pretty well-received.
The other 3 ladies I have been seeing them quite regularly for the past 1 year. Probably about once in every 3-4 months on average.
I think it is good. Keeping in touch with friends is definitely a good thing.
Their kids were there to enjoy the sea, the sun and the sand.
More sand than anything else!
As long as the kids enjoy themselves, and the adults had a good time chatting around, it's always good to meet up!
Whether life is busy or not, things can be arranged; although sometimes cannot means cannot. Damn, I sound so contradicting, but what the heck? :P
In the end, we parted ways around 7.30pm, then sent my 2 rascals back home.

United Mansion
Today went to Wei Lee's house. She has been 'trying' to invite us to her place since 2 years ago, but never really happened.
Well, it finally did. :P
SookFun, SiangChuan, SockLing, LeeHong plus myself, and our families were there.
Then Karinna and me were wondering what should we bring there, as that family is a vegetarian one. Scared whatever that we bring there, they cannot eat. The guests were not a problem, the hosts can be. hehehe
Anyway, we decided just to get some titbits, as it's more of just gathering people to sit warm her chairs ... :D
So titbits are more for the kids there. Let me count, in total, there were 10 kids!
While talking, they talked about some old graduation book. I just threw mine few months back after clearing some stuff. WeiLee still has it, and these people had fun looking at the old 'toot toot' look they had, hmmm, 20+ years ago.
Lucky I still look cute and hamsom. :)
Some names were mentioned, which some I still do contact, some are lost forever.
One of the names mentioned joined a contest from MediaCorp before, here.
Left around 5pm or so. We went over to Stadium there, supposed to have some sale on Nike stuff. In the end, bought a tennis racket.
Well, I have to bring out all my tennis expert genes soon ... ...

Temasek
I started a new yahoogroup about 2 weeks ago.
It's basically a means to try and gather my secondary school mates, and hopefully, can contact each other through this yahoogroup.
The URL is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/tmss86
It was left idle, and I only sent an email to a few of them to tell them I created the group. Nothing happened.
Then on Sunday, someone joined.
Then I started inviting those whom I have email addresses.
Then slow, Monday, 2 more joined.
Today, another 2 more joined.
Kinda fun to see it grow slowly ...
I also created 2 databases in the group. One to identify who is who, and another as a contact list, which is the more important point for the group.
How long can it survive? Hard to say ... hehehe
See how huh ?!??! hmmmm

BBQ
This afternoon went to Bhamo Road, Karinna's childhood playground.
Brought my mother-in-law there, as she wants to 'supervise' movers to clear the house. Move out already, so better to clear the house cleanly. :P
Afternoon, sent Karinna to attend her Angel class, then I drove to Sim Lim Square to walk walk a bit.
Didn't really buy anything, but bought an ointment to see if it can help with my occasional back aches. Age is catching up, pain is inevitable. :P
Went to Sook Fun's place around 1740hrs. Expected myself to be one of the earliest, and it was indeed so. Her son, Ryan, is still as hyperactive as ever!
Slowly, some of our friends came along. SiangChuan, ChinKwok, WeiLee, JoiKian, GeokYan. When I left, GeokYan just came only, and that LeeHong hadn't arrived even! I had to leave earlier to fetch Karinna from her class, then went for second round of dinner. See? My tummy is maintained! :P
It dawned on on me that perhaps something can be done to collect contact lists of all former classmates/schoolmates. I am still thinking about it.
One word. Lazy.

Phone Number
Just did something interesting earlier.
Will be meeting some of my OLD friends (I am YOUNG) this coming Saturday. Gonna have a BBQ at Sook Fun's place. Everytime also go there 1, heh heh heh.
Then these people want to look for people whom have long lost contact already. Then I actually nowadays also lazy to call people here and there. Not like last time, got thing no thing also chin chai find people talk talk. :P
So I told them I will go scoop out all my old data (actually, wedding cards of friends who invited me before lah ...), and will try to check out if any of the numbers or email would still valid right now.
Took a while to find Lee Hong's wedding card. Found it, no email in there. Only some numbers. Called her number, not in use any more. Called her husband's pager, obviously in the wrong era already.
Then I called her husband's home number. Must be his parents home. It worked.
Stole LH's hubby's number from his mother, and called.
When he answered, I actually told him: "Ehhh... actually I am not looking for you lah, I'm looking for Lee Hong ..."
D'oh! Cartoon right? Long time no do such silly things.
Anyway, managed to find her! C@@L.
Chatted with her for a while, then shoot off emails to the other people, including LH also lah.
Anyway, not sure who else will appear.
Maybe would be like Joi Kian's CNY gathering like that, 1 palm can count already. :P
We will see ...
See what see ???
Giam cai char loti...

Lo Hei
Today (actually, technically it's yesterday), went to meet up with the usual group of friends for an annual dinner during CNY.
This year's dinner is a little late, usually we have it within first week of CNY.
Doesn't really matter. It's the company that counts. Catching up for a bit etc ...
This time, dinner was at Peach Garden, opposite Novena Square.
We had YuSheng, Peking Duck, SoonHock steamed fish, some kind of prawns :P, some vege with 豆腐, and some 腊味饭.
Didn't bring my camera, just took an after-attacked YuSheng picture. hehehe

I think probably next time we'll get an old friend to join back.
One which was somehow 'lost' through the years ...
