Detox

We bought some detoxing drinks on Saturday. Then we started our detoxing on Sunday.

It's some drinks, which after drinking, you don't really need to eat.
I haven't eaten any solid food from Sunday - Tuesday. First 3 days, the instructions are to stay away from food, just use the drinks for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

From today onwards, can eat other food, but should try to refrain from taking carbohydrates. What's new? As long as no carbo, your weight should drop.

Actually, my weight has dropped about 3kg since then. Cool huh?

I don't know how long more this is to be continued.
I need my char kway teow and hokkien mee. Ahhhhhhhhhh. :P
