Accident

This morning, I didn't go with Karinna when she left for office.
She needed to be in office early for some meeting, while I am not needed to be early!

Then she called back around just past 8 to say she scared scared.
Reason, her car 'kissed' another car. blahblahblah...
It was at some traffic light, and when it turned green, she moved on without waiting for the car in front to move ... then ... ... :P
Too early huh? Dreaming huh? ...

Well, actually the accident was nothing serious. Our car's front carplate was somehow dented. Otherwise, solid Nissan Sunny is in perfect condition.
The other car, a Honda City, was actually not too seriously injured as well. Its right bumper was a little dislodged. From the look of it, nothing serious at all.
So she had to rush, and so exchanged some details with the other driver, and moved on to her office.

So, no one was inured, just some bumper dislocation.

It should be easy to settle without insurance claim.

Too optimistic. When she called back the other owner, he claimed his car boot cannot be opened, and he wants to claim against our insurance. Tried to settle it privately, and he asked for $1,500!!!!!

!@#$@&*%^&^%#@@%^$&%(*)&)&*&$#^@$@!#%^%(&)(*&^#%$#@%$$^*&(&
他妈的! 贪得无厌!

I guess there'll always be people who take advantage of situation. But seriously, even if he claim insurance, I'm ok. At most just lose a bit of NCB, back to 20% perhaps. Fine.
Will insurance really pay him $1,500? Some kinda of cuckoo brain. But if insurance really pays him that, insurance cuckoo brain then.

So had to go to IDAC with Karinna in the afternoon to report the accident. At least record with them and let my car insurance company be aware of the possible claim.

Karinna did take some pictures of the cars, but it's on her mobile, so I am not able to upload the pictures for all to see. To see how minor the accident is. Car starts from stationery to moving can't have big impact at all ...

Next time got chance I'll load the pictures here for you to see ...
