Monitoring

Woke up early today to check on my client's system.

Had sent an email over the weekend to remind my colleauges (whoever on duty today) to be in office early to ensure some monitoring process to be completed prior to allow other processes to continue.

Guess what?
No one was monitoring. So I did lor.
Nothing difficult, just that I cannot understand why a simple english statement such as below cannot be followed.

This means on Monday morning, please be in office early and check to make sure the Master Data Chain in 'XXX' is completed.

If there is any indication that it is still running, temporary change the schedule for Sales Chain to start at 0200 or even 0230.

Is it difficult? Sigh.
